Tape Release 4/7/2020

Your union became aware yesterday by no contact from the Company that an employee who works at Stone Street tested positive for Covid-19.  The employee wasn’t a CWA represented member.  We have an information request out to the Company as to why this is only being released as of Friday.  We understand everyone’s concerns in regard to why this information wasn’t released earlier.

Retirees: I have been in contact with the retirement team at Frontier looking for information as to why the Federal withholdings were changed with your April pension check. We will provide you guidance as to actions the Company is going to take to get this corrected.

I’m saddened to announce the passing of two more retirees:
Joe Acker passed this past week. He retired in 1995 with 37 years of service.
Bill Borate retired as a Frame tech in May of 2010 with 48 years of service at the time of his retirement.
