Tape Release September 1, 2017

A reminder Monday, September 4th is a Union Activity Day for the entire membership.

Details for the Annual Rochester Labor Day Parade are as follows:

Meeting location is on Meigs St. between Park Ave and East Ave, between 10am and 11am. The parade starts at 11am. We are in the last division so our group won’t begin to march closer to noon. Streets will be blocked off around 10:30 am, meaning you can’t park cars on the streets where the marchers are meeting. You will need to find the closest public parking or have someone drop you off. Please where a red Union t-shirt, we will have them available at the parade as well. Discounted tickets to Seabreeze will be available for those who march for $15 each.

Please join us in solidarity as we march with the Rochester Labor Community. As organized represented workers we have achieved much this year within our Union, Good contracts at Frontier, City of Canandaigua, Town of Henrietta, Town of Greece and working on others, with good wages and benefits, and a say in our work place. We should be proud of what we have accomplished and our future depends on the participation of every member.
