Deadlines are fast approaching for the following events.
The Local’s 3rd annual Christmas Gala Dinner and Party scheduled for December 8th the deadline is this Friday by 3pm. Please call the office and RSVP to Marge and Angela. Based on the current response the event is in Jeopardy of being cancelled. Invitations with details were mailed to all members. A lot of time, effort and money goes into this event, it would be a shame not to celebrate with each other due to lack of interest, please do not wait until the last minute to RSVP.
The Deadline to RSVP for the Annual Retiree Xmas Luncheon at the Lodge on the Green is this Wednesday November 29th end of business. Reservations are a must, the Price is $5 for retiree, $12 for spouse or guest.
This Wednesday the Communications Workers of America Nationwide are holding a day of action to oppose the Proposed tax legislation by Congress. Were asking that you call your congressperson at 1-888-907-9365. The proposed tax legislation is a tax increase for most middle class families in NYS to provide tax breaks for millionaires, billionaires and corporations. Please take action!
