We have an important action item for all Frontier members. The 2024 bargaining survey has been emailed to each one of you for input on the upcoming negotiations.  The current contract expires on June 15th, just 6 months away.  Your bargaining and mobilization committees have been hard at work beginning our preparation.  More so than in any other year we’ll be using technology to communicate.  We’re working on setting up a new text messaging system which we’ll be seeking your approval to receive messages from us.  The bargaining survey will be done electronically.  We can only be successful in bargaining if everyone is committed to doing their part.  You have to show up in order for the Union to stand up and achieve our goals at the bargaining table.

A Membership meeting is being scheduled for Thursday, February 1st, a notice will follow shortly along with information and items on the agenda for the meeting.

The Company has hired three temps in Sales and Service who are currently in climbing school.  The commitment is to hire four more.  The Company is in need of more applicants, if you know of anyone interested, please send me a copy of their resume.
