Membership Updates:

A membership meeting is being called for Thursday January 30th, members will receive notification with times, location and agenda very soon.  One key item will be the discussion and asking the Frontier members for Strike authorization.  Our brothers and sisters in Connecticut and Pennsylvania have already taken this action with overwhelming support from the members.  Negotiations with Frontier have been negligible over the last couple of months and the Union has very important issues that we need the Company to address.  Connecticut is currently working under a contract extension that expires Saturday January 18th, Pennsylvania has a contract extension until April and we have extended our contract until March 15th.  

I just received notification this week from Frontier that the bargaining unit was short of the metrics for the Take The Lead Bonus on participation rate and annualized revenue for 2024 so no bonus is being paid out for 2024.

For those Frontier members that participate in the Union’s supplemental disability plan, the Company failed to make deductions in last weeks as well as this weeks pay checks.  As far as today, members can expect catch up contributions to be withheld from next weeks pay that should amount to $18.00 .
