CWA Local 1170 is proud to announce that our members at Genesee Co-op Federal Credit Union have overwhelmingly ratified a new collective bargaining agreement.
This agreement delivers meaningful improvements that recognize the hard work and dedication of our members, including:
Annual wage increases
Excellent health care benefits
Annual Health Savings Account (HSA) contributions
An increased 401(k) employer match
Vacation time front-loaded each year, giving members immediate access to their earned time off
A new quarterly bonus plan, replacing the previous profit-sharing program
A ratification bonus for all eligible members
