Membership Updates:

For those members and retirees who received improper bonus amounts, we’re working with Labor to try and get the issues resolved as soon as possible.  Hopefully I’ll have an update by the end of this week.

The Local’s annual United Way Campaign started this week.  This year’s campaign is being coordinated by Jarounda Gamble, a long time work place solicitor.  She’ll have a team of dedicated volunteers to help her out.  This Local’s members and retirees have always been very generous when it comes to supporting the United Way and I want to thank each and every one of you who gives and volunteers your time to this community.  A special thank you to our long-time coordinators Fritz Amrhein and Bill Netchke who are turning the reins over to Jarounda this year.  Fritz and Bill have been the leaders and cornerstone of our campaign, one of the best in this community.
Thank you for all your years of hard work.

And lastly in honor of our past presidents Robert Flavin and Linda McGrath, Happy St. Patrick’s Day!  If Cullens was still around, the party would just be getting started.
