Contract update:

As of today we have no agreement to extend the CBA which expires Saturday at midnight.  Discussions are being held at the CWA Local 1170 District 1 level with Frontier leadership.  The executive board will be notified first and then the membership with news of any agreement.  If we do not have one by Saturday at 9pm, a conference call will be held with the executive board to discuss how we move forward.

If we have no extension, the Union will be taking the position that no one is going out of town to work.  Management has been notified.
