The Union met with the Company on Friday on the Sales & Service tech issue in regards to the Company violating your contract on 100% dispatch on orders has been addressed.  The Company has put a mechanism in place to make sure all orders are dispatched on.  If you come across repairs that look like they were never dispatched on, get the information to your steward.  This was a major issue that the Union was able to get addressed on your behalf, protecting your bargained-for work.

Chris Levandos, Executive VP of Operations contacted me on Friday to advise me that the Company was announcing today that Julie Murlaugh was the new Sr. VP of Operations for the East Region.  Bill Carpenter will be reporting directly to her.  Julie will be coming to Rochester within the next couple of weeks to meet with your representatives to discuss the state of the business.
