The Company advised your Union that the force reduction was being reduced from 32 to 30 as previously announced.  The impact being reducing from 12 to 10 Sales and Service techs and the one clerk volunteering offsetting One Network tech.

We have eleven of our members targeted for involuntary force reduction and they were advised today of their bumping opportunities and have until the end of business tomorrow to make their decision.

I will be available all day tomorrow to answer any questions.  These reductions on top of an already depleted work force leave everyone questioning how is the work going to get done.  We will stay on top of things and make sure the contract is being followed.
