The Union has scheduled Rochester works, representatives from the Department of Labor and a Health Insurance representative to present on assistance for job searches, training opportunities, unemployment benefits, and health insurance in the market place for our members recently impacted by the force reductions.
The meeting will be held on Thursday, January 18th from 10am to Noon, at the Union Hall 1451 Lake Ave. Please RSVP to the office by Wednesday of next week.
The Union is in process of scheduling a membership meeting for the week of February 5th thru the 9th. On the agenda will be presentation and approval of this year’s budget, nominations and elections of vacant executive board positions, as well as even units this year and updates across our bargaining units. Times and Locations to be determined.
