Tape Release 7/25/20

The Union and the Company met on Friday to review transfer, overtime calls etc. and the agreement that we had reached this week on work in the Sales and Service tech title.  The Union allowed the transfer on Tuesday based on information that the company was in a Mandatory work situation due to heavy work load.  What Happened with all the work from Tuesday to this Sunday is a mystery, somebody snapped their fingers and apparently it disappeared.  

At this point we have little confidence that the Capacity management group that is scheduling work here in Rochester has any clue on what they’re doing.  We understand the issues from all work groups and will do our due diligence next week to seek resolutions to the problems with transfers, assignment of work, and the scheduling of overtime.
