Tape Release Monday, May 20th, 2019
A reminder, Tuesday, May 21st is a Union Activity Day for all Sales and Service techs and Stewards, as the Election Committee has called a meeting for Units 5 and 7 to hold nominations for Chair and Vice Chair to the Executive Board. The meeting is being held at the RIT Inn and Conference Center starting at 5:30pm. It is best to park in the rear of the building due to remodeling efforts there.
The Union has also been notified that the Company will be canvassing Sales and Service techs for Out of Town work to Gloversville, NY. The canvassing will begin tomorrow. Tentatively volunteers will be leaving Tuesday May 28th for a 5-day assignment with the possibility of being extended.
Also, transfers to Air Pressure, Stakeout, and Cable Splicing will begin tomorrow, as well as 60-day temporary job classification transfers to Network-Switch.
