Today we had conversations with labor out of Connecticut, CWA National and Local Director Bill Carpenter in regards to the Bold Chat Pilot initiative in Rochester set to begin on Monday. Somethings you need to know. Discipline is not attached to this initiative, which will take place from March 11th to the 29th.

A dedicated team of Assignors in Sherburne have been specifically tasked to this Rochester Pilot to work with you.
Any issues or concerns which require additional assistance and or training, please email your supervisor as well as copy the Union Hall in.
We have been notified that the annual Bonus will be paid out next week on Tuesday, March 12th in a separate check. We have not been provided any metrics on the payout and anticipate it will be the minimum payout for the 11th year in a row, which will be 4.5% of current base pay.
Last but not least, thank you to all the members who contributed to the collection for the family of Lora Morgillo. Our members always step up for one of our own when in need and we raised more than $2,500.00 last week.
