Desk Techs investigating/grieving new escalation ticket process that’s instructing tier two technicians performing their work.
Sales and service techs working with Cable splicers to identify and groom service areas for vantage tv and customer upgrades.
Engineering clerks working on new MOA involving bargaining unit work as the Company has transferred property damage claims work to Connecticut.
Investigating improper individual payouts for commercial revenue for the Recent Take The Lead.
Work continues on open overtime violations in the following titles.

26 members had improper payroll deductions for the CWA Disability plan. The Company will be correcting the errors next week for 26 members who didn’t have deductions this week. The new deduction for 2017 is $8 per week.
