I would like to acknowledge the following members whose last day of work is today due to their voluntary acceptance of the enhanced severance offering that was contractual by the recent force reduction. They have given many years of service to the Company, our customers, and community as well as serving various roles in our Union. On behalf of the Union we congratulate them on their retirement. They are the following:

Gerry Kelly Network/Carrier 47 years of service
Regina McCloud Network/Switch 44 years of service
Russ Todd Network/Carrier 43 years of service
Mary Roll Network/Switch 32 years of service
Glenn Miller Network/Carrier 31 years of service
Jules Guasp Network/Carrier 30 years of service
Bob Jennings Sales and Service 48 plus years
Janice Rubsam Comm. Coordinator 48 years of service
Added all up they have given 372 years of combined service to the Company. To put it in greater perspective that’s 773,760 hours of labor. We wish them well.
A Mobilizer meeting has been scheduled for Wednesday, October 4th, 5:30pm at the Union Hall.
Membership meetings have been called for October 12th for the following times and locations.
8:15am, 10am, 2:00pm at the Union Hall and 5:30pm at the RIT Inn and Conference Center.
