Membership Updates:
Frontier Bargaining
After 5 meetings with the Company there has been very little progress. The Company has several concessionary proposals that they’ve passed, and the Union is waiting on information to help our committee deal with the impact of these proposed changes. We are scheduled to meet with the Company on Monday of next week.
Mobilization
The Union has received the bargaining t-shirts ready for the members to pick up. We’re asking that all members make arrangements to pick up your shirts at the Union Hall. This may seem inconvenient for some, but all members should know where the hall is for future meetings. For those who can’t make it due to disability or lack of vehicles, we will make arrangements to get the shirt to you. Don’t be surprised if we ask to take your picture to show support for the Bargaining Committee. These negotiations are critical to our future with Frontier, and we ask all members give a little something.
