Membership and Retiree updates:

The Contract with Frontier expires this Saturday at midnight, bargaining is scheduled for this Friday.  As of today, CWA Locals in Connecticut, Pennsylvania and New York are all working under extended contracts.  

Local events scheduled this week.

Tuesday an Arbitration hearing is scheduled concerning Retiree free phone and internet benefits.  Frontier has taken the position that the discounts only applies to copper services and not Fiber.  

Wednesday the annual Retiree Christmas Lunch is scheduled for noon at the Ridgemont Country Club.  The Luncheon is sold out as Ridgemont has no more capacity.

Wednesday bargaining with our affiliate in the Town of Henrietta.

Friday and potentially Saturday bargaining with Frontier.
