Medical Cert. Exams – Tape Release 9/18/25

Membership updates:

It has been brought to the Union’s attention that our members are being directed to take medical certification exams at Well Now or Work Fit based on a state DOT requirement and Company insurance.  The Union has communicated to the Company to cease and desist and present us with the regulations that require an exam.  No different than Federal requirements for CDL drivers to submit to drug and alcohol testing, any requirement has to be negotiated with the Union.  The Company has agreed to stop it until further notice.
