Membership Updates:

We had productive discussions with the Company last week addressing the payroll issues due to the outsourcing to UKG.  The company is correcting and issued off cycle checks to those who were missing pay and notified the Union of such.  The remaining issues of reporting Health Insurance as taxable benefits and the disparity in Paid Family Leave deductions are still being researched and hope to have a response back from the Company this week.

Bargaining last week produced very little.  We are three weeks away from the contract expiring and have 10 bargaining sessions scheduled to try to reach a new agreement.  Your bargaining committee remains steadfast in its commitment to negotiating a fair deal on your behalf.
