Frontier Membership Updates:
The Company has failed to respond to the Union’s request for a meeting in regard to the payroll issues with UKG the Company outsourced payroll provider.
Issues brought forth include the following:
- Benefits included as gross pay
- Incorrect paid family leave deductions
- Missing hours due to lack of adjustments
- Improper call out pay
- Difficulty logging in
- Lack of response from PY team
The Union has advised the Company that we will be going to the Department of Labor if we can’t get a response to our members’ issues.
An update in regard to the termination of the retirement plan. The 8% contribution to your 401k on a weekly basis has been initiated. Please check your pay stub to verify that the Company has allocated the correct amount. The amount is based on your straight 40 hours per week that they’ll contribute on your behalf. As with your contributions, you’ll likely see the transaction in your Fidelity 401k account sometime next week.
Bargaining is set to resume next Thursday with Frontier.
