Tape Release Monday, May 6th, 2024
This afternoon your Union’s bargaining committee met with Frontier and shared our concerns in regard to the Company use of contractors and the force reductions declared the last couple of years. The Union’s main take away from the Company is that we will be presented with proposals, which they deem will improve the operational efficiency of the Company. Stay tuned.
Other items reviewed with the Company were the following:
1) Lack of printed contract
2) Frontier’s plan of new and evolving technologies, including artificial intelligence
3) The impact of the upcoming payroll conversion
4) Pending arbitrations
Bargaining is scheduled to resume tomorrow at W. Henrietta Rd.
