Tape Release 4/20/23

I’m saddened to announce the passing of retiree Charlie Faggiano.  Charlie retired in May of 1996 with 38 years of service to Rochester Telephone and Frontier.  He was a Comm Tech at the time of his retirement. Charlie was actively involved in his Union over the years, serving the last 20 plus years as President of the Retiree Club.  His personality was as large as his being.  On behalf of the Union we extend our condolences to Charlie’s wife Sandy and Family.  The following arrangements have been announced.

Calling hours for friends and family are being held Monday, April 24, 2023 from 4-8pm at Miller Funeral home, 3325 S. Winton Rd.

Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 25th at 10:00am at St. Marianne Cope Parish Guardian Angels, 2061 East Henrietta Rd.

For Frontier retirees and actives, we’re still working with Frontier on getting information as to Bonus payments for March to make sure everyone was paid correctly.  We hope to have updates shortly.

This Saturday beginning at 9am, we’re looking for a few volunteers to assist with carpet removal and some movement of furniture items.  Our new floors are going in our meeting room on Monday.  We could really use a few bodies to make short work of it.  Please call into the office if you can volunteer.
