Frontier Update 2/26/19

Members,

The Union is saddened to announce the passing of our Union Sister Lora Morgillo.  Lora passed away on Saturday, February 23rd at the age of 46.  Lora was working as a Communications Clerk in Time Reporting with 22 years of service with Frontier.  Lora leaves behind two children and a fiancé.  The Union will be doing a collection in the workplace and at the membership meeting on Thursday for her children.
Calling hours have been announced for Friday, March 1st from 4-7pm at the Funeral Chapel, 1031 Ridge Rd, Webster.
On behalf of the Union, we extend our sympathies to Lora’s Family and Friends.

A Union Activity Day has been called for this Thursday, February 28th to hold membership meetings to handle our business.

Meetings are at the Union Hall at 8:15am and 2:00pm, and 5:30pm at the RIT Inn & Conference Center at 5257 W. Henrietta Rd. Please make every effort to attend this meeting.  There have been important developments lately in regard to the Local’s meeting in Connecticut last week and Windstream’s Chapter 11 announcement yesterday.
