The Union would like to recognize Rural West Sales and Service Tech Cecil Thompson who is retiring today. Cecil was hired in September of 1966 and retires with 50 plus years of service. On behalf of the Union we wish Cecil well in his retirement and thank him for his years of membership to this Union. With Cecil’s retirement, Bob Jennings becomes the most senior Sales and Service tech with 46 plus years of service.
Retiree announcement:
I’m saddened to announce the passing of Retiree Boris Belik. He passed away on February 8th at the age of 74. Boris was hired in 1961 and retired in 2006 as a telecommunications specialist with 45 years of service. A memorial service will be held this Saturday at the Rush United Methodist Church.
On behalf of the Union I want to extend our condolences to Boris’ family and friends.
