RTC Retiree Eugene Phillips passed away on Tuesday, March 26th. Eugene retired in 1986 with 32 years of service and was a PBX tech at the time of his retirement. He was 88 years old and living in Caledonia at the time of his passing.
The following arrangements have been made. Graveside service will be held on Thursday at 2pm in Maplewood Cemetery (150 Middle Rd in Henrietta).
