OUTSTANDING PROPOSALS

Company

Elimination of Double Time (current after 52 hours, proposed after 68 hours)

Elimination of Uncapped Enhance Severance – Clerical (sunset on 6/13/2022)

Elimination of LOI – Clerical (10/05/2022)

 

Union

Pension Fund

– Increase in 2022 to 9% (currently 8%)

– Increase in 2023 to 9.5%

Health And Welfare

  • Increase in 2023 to $93.50 per month (currently $91.42)
  • Increase in 2024 to $95.50 per month

Garage Mechanics Upgrade

Company Wages and Health Care Benefits Latest Proposal

                              Retro Pay 06/2020 – 1.75%   Current wage $1553.39 + $27.18 = $1580.57

                              06/2021 – 1.75%             $1580.57 + $27.65 = $1608.22

                              06/2022 – 1.75%              $1608.22 + $28.14 = $1636.36

                              06/2023 – 1.75%              $1636.36 + $28.63 = $1664.99

Health Insurance

                              2021 (current) Monthly Premium $1674.16/month/family

                                             21% cost sharing = $81.13/week/family

                                             Out of Pocket Max – $2500/$5000

 

                              2022 Monthly Premium $1768.92/month/family

                                             23% cost sharing = $93.84/week/family

                                             Out of Pocket Max = $3200/$6400

 

                              2023 Monthly Premium (assume 6% increase) $1874.10/month/family

                                             25% cost sharing = $108.12/week/family

                                             Out of Pocket Max = $3600/$7200

 

Weekly net increase based on company proposal; almost 50% of your weekly wage increase will go to cover your weekly health insurance cost.
