Your Union, in response to the member’s concerns, requested clarification on employee liability as it relates to the issuance of credit cards with the employee’s name on them.  The company has stated the following in a letter from Robert Costagliola, Vice President of Labor Relations, to President Linda McGrath:

        > Employees are not personally liable for authorized and appropriate charges for business purposes.

        > In the event of a bankruptcy situation, employees would not be personally liable for authorized and appropriate charges.

        > Bank of America obtains employee names and work locations from Frontier.

        > No information on any employees is submitted to any reporting agency.
