I’m saddened to announce another retiree passing.
Rodney Huber passed away on August 27th at the age of 76 years old. Rodney was an IR-PBX tech at the time of his retirement in 1996 with 31 years of service.
On behalf of the Union I would like to extend our Sympathies to Rodney’s family and friends.
I would like to extend a sincere thanks to all members and retirees on this Labor day and 50th anniversary this week of the famous March on Washington, DC. It is a time to remember and celebrate Labor’s contribution to the overall progress of the Country. Being a part of organized Labor we have been a crucial factor in all that has created the largest middle class in the world with the highest standard of living, good wages, benefits, social security, Medicare, and the best education system in the world. Keeping what we have fought for and earned over the years is a job that’s never going to end. I would like to thank you all for your membership and wish each and every one of you a safe and enjoyable holiday.
This is your President John Pusloskie thanking you for calling your Union Tape the place where we fight for the respect you deserve.
